Art Investigators

One hour | Grades 2–8 | 6–50 participants

Imagine yourself on an epic adventure around the world! Students work together in groups to interpret works of art through embodied movement, creative improvised storytelling, music, imagination, sketching, conversations, and/or arts-based wellness experiences.

A semi-guided museum experience for high school students who are ready for structured independence. You know your students best. This tour offers choices and requires responsible behavior.

Come play a series of social games in the galleries and encounter art (and each other!) in unexpected ways.

One hour | Grades 9–12 or undergraduates | Up to 20 participants

Explore the museum with a museum professional to learn about possible career paths in museums as we have a conversation about how museums work and the variety of roles people play behind-the-scenes.

One hour | Grades 2–8 | Up to 50 participants

This new program will begin in January 2027. Learn about world cultures and art with a guided experience in the galleries and artmaking in the studio!

This program provides opportunities to experience the art museum as a place to explore one’s natural curiosity, a space to destress and pursue wellness, and/or as a place to come for a social outing with creative ways to experience art together with others.
