In her role as Director of Creative Services, Jessie Waymire oversees the museum’s marketing and communications, museum technology, graphic design, and photography departments. A member of the senior leadership team, she contributes to budgetary management and strategic planning. She joined the museum in 2019 as the graphic design manager and assumed her current position in 2024. During her tenure at the museum, Waymire has transformed the museum’s aesthetic approach to exhibition design and dramatically improved project management for the museum’s many creative projects. Previously, Jessie was a digital design specialist for Cook Medical, where she was a key contributor to the company’s corporate visual brand and program identity evolutions. Waymire received her double BA in Fine Art and Art History from Indiana University in 2014.
