Obverse: Laureate, draped, and cuirassed head of Gordian III, facing right. Inscription around.
Reverse: Libertas standing, facing to the left, holding pileus and sceptre. Flanked by SC, inscription around.

Inscriptions:

Reverse: [LIB]ERTAS AV[G] S C.
