Obverse: Laureate head of Antoninus Pius, facing right; inscription around.
Reverse: Italia sitting on globe facing left, holding sceptre and cornucopiae. Inscription around.
Inscriptions:
Obverse: ANTONINUS AVG PIVS P P TR P COS III.
Reverse: ITALIA.
