Notes:

[1] Edward Campbell Von Tress (1899-1976)
was an alumnus of Indiana University (graduated 1921). He was instrumental in developing the university's Memorial Fund as Alumni Secretary. He was the Senior Vice President of Curtis Publishing Co. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and later retired to Bloomington. He was an avid art collector.
