A horizontal black-and-white photograph depicts a canvas sign that depicts two men, one is shackled and being tortured in a chair, the other is standing up, turning a lever on the torture chair. Painted text on the sign reads: "Famous | Prisons & Torture Chambers | of the / World / Showing | Images of | [illegible]".
