A horizontal black-and-white photographs depicts a young light-skinned man laying on a checkered floor with his knees up, eyes closed, and head resting on the wall. He is wearing a uniform of light-colored pants with a dark-colored stripe on the sides, a suit jacket, and an emblemed hat resting on his chest. Pieces of torn newspaper and streamers lay on the ground next to him.
