A horizontal black-and-white photograph depicts three people looking at a trailer parked in a grass lawn. A large sign on the back of the trailer reads “HOUSE-TRAILERS FOR-SALE | OPEN EVENINGS.” Two smaller “FOR SALE” signs hang in the windows of the trailer. A two-story home is seen behind the trailer.
