A horizontal black-and-white photograph depicts a billboard in a field showing a light-skinned man in business attire pointing behind his shoulder at a sign reading “POTASH PAYS | NV POTASH.” Additional text on the billboard reads “TOP-DRESS COTTON | NV-KAINIT | 200 POUNDS PER ACRE | STOPS RUST | STARTS PROFITS.”
