A vertical black-and-white photograph depicts a modern, light-colored building complex on the edge of a body of water, labeled “GULF HOTEL | FREE PARKING.” The word “GULF” is repeated in large letters at the top of what appears to be a lighthouse attached to the building. A smaller sign below reads “THIS DESIRABLE STORE SUITABLE FOR RESTAURANT | FOR LEASE | See PETER NORDYKE.”
