A horizontal black-and-white photograph depicts a farmland scene with cows grazing in a pasture beside a barn. In another fenced pasture to the right of the image, a farmer drives a two-mule wagon filled with hay. Corn fields are visible towards the horizon, and the sky appears dark, as if it might storm.
