A horizontal black-and-white photograph depicts the facade of a gas station with text across the upper "SINCLAIR | MONTGOMERY WARD | TIRES TUBES BATTERIES." It is a sunny day, the station is empty, and an automobile is just barely visible in the background on the viewer's right.
