A horizontal black-and-white photograph depicts a crowd of predominantly light-skinned people standing behind a thin rope. Many cross their arms, as if waiting for something to begin. The crowd is photographed at a diagonal with empty ground in front of them and a tent with a sign that reads,

The crowd is photographed at a diagonal with empty ground in front of them and a tent with a sign that reads, "HOT DOGS HAMBURGERS" to their right (in the center of the composition).
