Signs on the roof and to either side of the building advertise available real estate, reading, "OWNERS & SUBDIVIDERS OF | BOOMTOWN PROPERTY | FROM 99 HIWAY TO U.S. RESERVATION" "HOUSES FOR RENT | LISTINGS WANTED" and "CHOICE ACRES BIG SHADE TREES $10. DOWN | $5. PER MONTH".
