A horizontal black-and-white photograph depicts two dark-skinned men wearing hats seated on a bench in front of a building. A large, mural advertisement painted on the building reads, “CHAMBER COMMERCE, INC. | RAYMONDVILLE | COUNTY SEAT OF | WILLACY COUNTY | 400,000 ACRES BEST FARMING LAND IN THE WORLD | HOME OF THE BERMUDA ONION | INVESTIGATE.” A poster for the movie “Citadel” leans against the left side of the building and a light-skinned person walking near the poster is also visible.
