A horizontal black-and-white photograph depicts a group of approximately seven or eight middle-aged, light-skinned men dressed in dark suits and ties standing on a stage. One man stands in front of the others at a standing microphone reading from a sheet of paper. There is a white column used as a podium to the speaker's left.
