A vertical black-and-white photograph depicts a flagpole with a small flag and sign on a beach in the center of the image. The sign reads, "BATHERS! FOR YOUR SAFETY WATCH THE FLAGS. GREEN (illegible) YELLOW (illegible) RED (illegible).”
