A horizontal black-and-white photograph depicts a crowd of young to middle-aged light-skinned men in construction hats and clothing waiting in a long and crowded line. Two men lean into an open service window near a sign that reads "TIME KEEPER," with other signs that read, "1 TO 1499," "2500-2499," "2500 UP," and "APPLY HERE FOR EMPLOYMENT."
