As a young wife and mother of two, Diane worked alongside her photographer husband Allan to create fashion and advertising imagery for publications like Glamour, Seventeen, Harper's Bazaar, Vogue, and her father's department store Russek's on Fifth Avenue. The Arbus's studio was particularly known for its action shoots and elegant styling.
