Three copies of a black and white photograph show a male figure in a white "mounted police"-style hat with a white scarf around the neck and a circular badge with a star pinned to the right chest. The three photographs are arranged so that the central figure is larger than the other two, who flank on either side.The three figures are in front of an eight-pointed patchwork star in orange and green, and the background of the entire image is covered with constellations created by small dots connected with lines that have the word "dust" written along them.
