The boy puppet Pinocchio marches with his fists clenched, and a standing human-like cricket next to him wears a top hat and holding a closed umbrella. The figures are depicted in white against a black background. White text (save for one blue word - "fall") surrounds the figures reading, "Pinocchio, because he would not heed the good counsels of the Talking Cricket (Cricket) falls among assassins.”
