A pair of sandals with a wood block covered in thin silver. There is a prong at the front of each sandal that would go in-between the big toe and the rest of the toes.

A pair of sandals with a wood block covered in thin silver. There is a prong at the front of each sandal that would go in-between the big toe and the rest of the toes.

Silver-covered wood sandals were worn by brides and grooms at weddings.
