A thick wire has been bent into the basic shape of the pendant, an open-ended loop with both ends projecting upward. A gold tube of foil, topped by a pyramid of four large granules, has been fitted over each end as a finial. These finials are bordered below by a thicker, beaded wire between two plain ones; the exterior is covered with an alternating narrow tongue pattern, its border formed from plain wire, the interior filled with rows of granules. The granulation of the hanging tongues continues upward, encompassing the pyramid and filling its interstices. At the top, the various lines of granules meet to form a smaller, more pointed pyramid.

In front of the pendant, marking also the forward side, rises a five-leaf palmette; below stands a six-leaf rosette.

These pendants were attached to a hook through the earlobe.
