Carol Dell is Director of Administration at the Sidney and Lois Eskenazi Museum of Art, a position she has held since 2007. Previously, Dell served in several administrative roles at the museum, including Manager of Business Affairs and Assistant Director for Operations. In her current position, Dell manages the development of the Eskenazi Museum of Art's $3.7 million annual operating budget and oversees the restricted and unrestricted endowment funds at the Indiana University Foundation. She is also the museum's human resources representative and serves as the liaison between the museum and the university. Dell oversees the divisions of security and guest services and operations for the gift shop/café. She also serves as a member of the museum's senior leadership team, contributing to long-range strategic planning. Dell is a curious, lifelong learner with an interest in interpersonal relationships. She received her AS in Accounting from Vincennes University.
